What we collect

When you request a free inspection or quotation on this website, we collect:

• your name, mobile number and, if you give it, your email address;
• your property address, the pests you are dealing with, your property type, floor area and number of floors, your preferred date, how you heard about us, and any concerns you write;
• for termite concerns, details about the property such as its age, ceiling and stair materials, where you see termite activity, and any previous treatment.

If you send us photos or videos on Messenger or Viber, we use them only to assess the problem and prepare your quotation.

We count visits to this website with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not tell us who you are (only totals such as pages viewed and country). Videos on this website load from YouTube only when you press play.

Why we use it

• to contact you, schedule and carry out your inspection, and give you a quote;
• to follow up on the service you booked, including your warranty;
• to keep a record of requests and improve our service.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who can see it

Only our staff who handle inspections and service. Requests are delivered to our business email and kept in our own records. Our website and email providers process the information only to deliver it to us.

How long we keep it

We keep inspection requests for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations, then delete them.
